Presentation Title: Taking AIM on the Future of Indigenous Tourism
AIM (Authentic Indigenous Moments) exposes the first grassroots indigenous tourism initiative that connects “authentic cultural entrepreneurs” directly with visitors through a digital mobile platform. Local guides have an opportunity to share their culture with visitors and have a tourism product up and running within one day. This platform is setup for sustainability while providing the opportunity for local guides to thrive through a central distribution of authentic products and services. It is here where tourists will have an incredible spontaneous connection with local cultural entrepreneurs. A motivating and interactive presentation that will have participants looking at an innovative solution for developing indigenous tourism.
