Dr. Anne Hardy is a Senior lecturer at the University of Tasmania and the Director of the Tourism Research and Education Network (TRENd). Anne’s research interests are neo-tribal marketing, the self-drive tourism market and stakeholder perspectives of tourism development. She has a developed knowledge on indigenous tourism.
Presentation Title: Innovations in Research Methodologies: Understanding Stakeholder Needs
This research will explore inclusive and responsive methodologies to enhance participation in research projects and sustainable approaches towards collecting data. Her seminar will explore the Q methodology as means by which stakeholders’ attitudes towards tourism may be explored. This work builds upon her highly cited publications in sustainable tourism.
